Skill Requirements for Pop Up Acro Classes

Beginner (6+ Open Level) 4:30PM

Perfect for new dancers! Learn safe progressions for cartwheels, bridges, rolls, and handstands while building strength, balance, and flexibility.

Intermediate (10+) 5:30PM

For dancers with a solid foundation. Focus on walkovers, aerials, balances, and back handsprings with emphasis on clean technique and confidence.

Advanced (10+) 6:30PM

Push your acro to the next level—connected balances, tumbling passes, aerial + walkover variations. Build control, consistency, and artistry.

About Tori Ladd

Tori is an Acro Arts Certified Instructor and lifelong dancer with a specialty in acro and flexibility training. She’s passionate about helping young performers discover confidence through movement, while keeping classes positive and encouraging. Starting in January, Tori will be leading our brand-new Acro program at Stage Door, bringing her expertise and energy to every class.
