We’re so excited to keep the momentum going as we count down to January! This week, we’d like to introduce you to Tori, our Acro Arts Certified Instructor, and give you the scoop on her very first Acro + Flexibility Pop-Up. Plus, we’ve included a sneak peek at our Pop-Up Calendar through the end of the year so you can mark your calendars early.

Let’s dive in!

A passionate dance + acrobatics educator with 20+ years of training and 9+ years of teaching. She’s represented Team Canada at the IDO World Championships 🥇🥈, trained at École Nationale de Cirque in Montréal, and taught everyone from preschool dancers to pro athletes—including the Montreal Alouettes CFL team.

Diagnosed with Hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in 2024, Tori brings a deep awareness of safe, sustainable training—blending artistry, athleticism, and compassion. Starting this January, she’ll be leading our Acro + Flexibility program at Stage Door!

This Pop-Up will focus on improving flexibility, body alignment, and foundational acro technique in a safe, fun environment. Students will build balance, control, and strength. Perfect Pop Up for dancers, actors, or anyone looking to grow in their movement skills.
